Domain name disputes

Disputes regarding Internet domain names are typically resolved through specialized administrative arbitration schemes, the most well-known of which is the ICANN Uniform Dispute Resolution Policy (UDRP).  Dr. Richard Hill has been a domain name arbitrator from the inception of these schemes, and is accredited as a domain name arbitrator by the NAF, ADR.eu, and WIPO.
